How long does it take to process the order once I complete the forms?
Orders confirmed by our credit card processing service (currently Wells Fargo) are generally processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email on the day your order is shipped with a tracking number, if applicable.

How is my package shipped?
Most orders are shipped Federal Express Home Delivery or Fed Ex Ground. International orders are sent US Mail. Orders to P.O. Boxes and Military Bases are sent US Mail. Orders under $10.00 are sent US Mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Location. Location. Location! It depends on where the order is shipping. Most Fed Ex orders are received within three to five business days. Federal Express Home Delivery delivers on Saturdays but does not pick up packages on Saturdays or Sundays. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supply with your order on the day your order is shipped. If the order is sent via Federal Express we include the tracking number so you can track your order through their website. International orders may take longer due to customs but generally take approximately 7 days.

Why do you need my phone number?
We don't. Phone numbers are included on Federal Express shipping forms to help expedite delivery. We do not make marketing calls. We may call a customer if there is a problem or if we have a question about the order, although correspondence is usually handled via email.

Do I need to fill in both the shipping and billing address?
Only if you want your order shipped to a location other than the billing address. Please note the billing address must match the billing address on the card. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting your order. Please see User Agreement and Online Store Policy for more information on order acceptance policies.

How do I pay for my order with a Money Order or Personal Check?
1. Place the order on the website and select Money Order as method of payment.
2. Send your check or money order payable to The Justus Clothing Company for the total due to the following address:

Please include the order number with your check for easier tracking. We will send you an email to the email address you supply on the order form to notify you when we have received your payment. Your order will be sent promptly after we receive notice that the money order or check has cleared. A confirmation email will be sent to you on the day your order is shipped.

What if I need to return or exchange an item? If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item(s) you have purchased you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund. To help expedite the return or exchange process, mail a copy of the sales receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the following address:

Please also indicate the reason for the return or exchange. Returns will be applied to the original credit card only. No exceptions. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
